Position description :
Develop and maintain a suite of customer reports that track key metrics related to employer branding initiatives. Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to create meaningful and insightful reports for various clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure reports meet business needs. Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards for clients using reporting tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Identify trends, patterns in data and provide recommendations based on findings. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding analytics
