Feeling distant from God is like walking in the wilderness.

We have all been there at one time or another.

Loneliness, sadness, depression or anger start clouding your mind and the lies of the enemy begin.

Whether due to life’s hardships, personal doubts, or simply getting caught up in the busyness of everyday life, the distance from God can feel overwhelming.

The good news is that reconnecting with your faith is possible.

Our Heavenly Father is always there waiting for us to take the first steps to draw closer to Him.

Reconnecting with your faith is a personal journey, and it may take time.

Be patient with yourself, embrace the process, and trust that God is always there, ready to welcome you back with open arms.

The Signs of Being Disconnected From God

It can manifest in various ways, such as a lack of motivation to pray, a feeling of emptiness or numbness during Sunday service, or a general sense of uninterest.

Recognizing the signs of being disconnected from God is the first step.

Start by saying “I feel far from god” out loud so you can hear yourself.

Understanding that feeling distant from God is a normal part of our walk can bring comfort, as you realize that you are not alone in this struggle.

The trick is not to stay in this condition and literally fight your way out of it.
